Episode 2 is out! http://www.newgrounds.com /audio/listen/460653
This is the story of a boy who is struggling to survive and cope with the loss of his father and separation of his family. This is Philip's apocalypse.
I'm very happy with this! I spent about a week writing, recording, and editing all by myself for the voice acting contest! Please vote and review!
The music playing in the background is from a collection of ambient tracks called Myosotis. You can listen to them by visiting MoonTribe's channel on YouTube!
SPOILERS!
To those of you that do not understand what is going on, Philip is listening to a cassette player. He recorded a message after he lost his dad, somewhere around the day of the first heat wave. By this time, he is 16, and he is trying to find his way home.

This is so deep
it reminds me of terminator 2 judgement day when sarah connor talks about the war against the machines from taking over the earth, but this story right here you made was simply touching from the beginning to the end, good job.
Thanks! :D

Amazing
I feel insufficient to be reviewing this because it is simply epic. It reminds me alot of The Road if you've ever read that. Truly outstanding!
I've never read it but I might look into it! Thanks for the review!
EDIT: I watched the movie, and wow, this is pretty similar! I really enjoyed the movie and it inspired me even more, so thanks!
