I am coming to embrace the fragmented and motivic style that I can't seem to shake. This is a cinematic piece, with the title referring to plural ideas within the song, and one can hear the influence of film composers like Jerry Goldsmith and Brian Tyler. I hope you enjoy this orchestral journey.

Embrace Yourself

As Peter said, the changes of pace are really great. Something I love about your music, are all of the little transitions throughout. They are always very effective, and are never too sudden or un-fitting. They always work really well to drive the music forward.

Because of these transitions, it is really easy to imagine scenes and scenarios that fit the different sections, and that aids the cinematic feel.

One thing that could have improved this piece is a little down time; it is exciting all the way through and I think a small break in the energy would have worked well. Of course there are sections with much less energy than others, but the change doesn't feel like it has enough contrast. Although knowing your talent, no doubt if you wanted to add something like that you would have.

I absolutely adore the transition at 2:07... And the theme that comes in at 2:22 had me involuntarily humming along on my second listen.

And so you should embrace it!

Because we like it! I could definetly hear the Goldsmith, not sure I could recognise the tyler though. But this doesnt mean your track falls short.

I really like the different paces and tempos. It brings the track up and down to more exciting place. Love the 4:20 bit. But you knew I would. :P An excellent track all around it has you written all over it, great work!
