*[[[ EDIT 09-23-11 ]]] Well, I've been working on this a lot the past week - Guitar, EQing the drums, stuff like that. I decided to upload the new version now to make sure it will have enough time to update before 11:59pm, the contest deadline. I guess that's it then... Hope the judges like!
After recovering a bunch of corrupt files from my external harddrive I was extremely eager to open FL for the first time in a WHILE.
This was created for the September NAC. I tried to make it fit the theme of the contest (Symphonic Tower Defense), which may have resulted in an unusually structured song. But I'm proud of it nonetheless. All sounds made from scratch with the 3xOSC except drums and FX!
You absolutely must listen to this loud and proud. And with a good bass. Shitty laptop speakers or anything else of the sort are strictly forbidden. Also, if you don't like the slow intro skip to 0:38 or 1:09 before making any hasty judgements. It changes quite a lot!
P.S. Yes, the opening melody was used in "Break a Leg", but I originally meant for it to be used in a song like this. Break a Leg was a project I did for fun, and I'd probably delete it if NG would let me :P
