"Well done!"

Great job! Great theme, and the instrumentation was very well.
My only complaint is to watch out for implied tritones, especially when followed by a leap. The biggest culprit was right around the 2 minute mark, where you have an implied tritone (which is alright how you have it, although I would have changed it to a less harsh tonality) followed by a leap to a dissonance. Following the traditional rules of counterpoint, you should never leap to or from a dissonance, and two dissonances should not follow one another. I'm not sure how "classical" you were trying to make this piece, but since you seem to have a pretty good understanding of music theory, I thought I would point this out incase you missed it.
Well done though!
Author's Response:
Well, being the lazy (and recycling-prone) person I am, I actually used a score that I had written about a year and a half ago for the middle section when really all I knew was triads (oh, back when things were so simple). I reorchestrated a lot, but I'm sure there were parts that I overlooked as I was rather hastily running through the violin-horn duet.
Ooh, I just got to the point at 2:00. Yes, in retrospect that could've been changed much to the better. Thanks for the pointer and review!
