New day, new song, new sounds, new time signature(s). Take 5 (well, six actually, but that destroys the whole integrity of the reference doesn't it?) and have a listen!

Look out for some beautiful melodic stuff after a little less than 4 minutes and out.

Word..

Im not quite sure what to say about this, right from the hook i was into the song, Its quite "catchy", it sticks in my head without being corperate crap. nice work

Buoy responds:

It's great to not be corporate crap :D

Yes!

Quite captivated with this at the first glance, the overall vibe i get from this is great, sounds mysterious, threatening but very funky still.

I absolutely loved the part from the 4 minute marker, nice progressions.

I'm not that good at hearing stuff by ear, but is that harmonic minor? Ah well. This would fit great in some sort of movie, very thematic and dynamic.

Keep it up!

Buoy responds:

O hai tjinn I'm very very glad you enjoy. It's phrygian but I often use G# instead of G which makes it sound like phrygian dominant and that's a mode of harmonic minor. .

whoooo

prog rock beast! judging by this song, your knack for really catchy noodling and expressive songwriting is on par with many more experienced bands and musicians.

it really does sound and feel cavernous... it's got the mystique of a foggy rift in the earth. the acid synths were a really classy touch!

Buoy responds:

What an awesome compliment. Thanks!

Perfect!

Wow man, this was just awesome. You truly did a great job. This, like most of your stuff, would be a great soundtrack to zoning out; driving down the highway. XD oh... almost forgot..... FIRST!!! lol sorry, felt it was necessary.

Buoy responds:

FIRST!!! Yes!! I got the first response.

And thanks! That review came pretty quick. Especially since you've heard my other stuff and didn't just randomly see this.
