Geddoe

"Tired Immortal"

by: Geddoe
date: November 21, 2008

A tired immortal being, a vampire perhaps, or someone like Geddoe from Suikoden, a good soul, but one tormented by his "gift" of immortality. He has lived for too long and because he will live forever on Earth, he knows he can never enter heaven.

"The Story I"

date: November 9, 2006

Men fall, men rise, but when the dust clears, and those souls part to the heavens no one else will know the lives that they lived. No one else will know of their happiness or grief in victory or loss. Except One other.

God Bless you MaestroSorrow on this beautiful piece.

"Depressing?"

date: June 3, 2006

MaestrowSorrow, there is a fine line for a piece to be depressing or not and take my word for it this piece isn't depressing! Once again a story unfolds within my mind. Men will fall, men will rise, but what matters is that when they fall that they reach out and grab God's outstretched hand and that they never lose hope or faith. your music is inspiring, not depressing.

Author's Response:

strange, I think this is the first time anybody has stated that this song was not sad in nature, and yet your words ring true, it can be in fact told in that nature.

Interesting... Thanks for the review and the ideas Zen, always a pleasure.

"Meh..."

by: Aimers
date: April 11, 2006

I think it's just because I prefer calm/blissful-sounding pieces compared to depressing ones.

I'm happy to see that you've added more and changed the title (from the original) to one that's ... not as sad.

It does get rather repetitive after a bit though. I personally liked the middle part (where the piano came in) the best.

Author's Response:

is it because you love the piano like crazyness!!!?

Heh, I joke, I jest, I jibe.

I forgot the original title, but i'm sure it was something very... uh... depressing ^^.

Thanks for the review.

"I've decided!"

date: March 18, 2006

I've decided! this is my new favorite. It's official now. Signed, sealed, and stamped. Deal with it. Although, once Dancing With Darkness is done, itll probably be that.... but im not counting it until its done. (hear that, Maestro? Finish it.... please?) I love the blend of instruments you use..... keep it up Maestro!

Author's Response:

I'll try Shadow, but if I showed you how badly my computer stutters when I press play on this song, you'd laugh, long and hard, and then you'd walk away and laugh some more.

Many thanks for the review, if you want, send me an email and when its done, i'll send it to you first ;).
