This is NOT a typical 4/4 b eat Techno
It's a sort of Tribal Fusion BUT NOT!

I used 3 analogue Doumbek (Middle Eastern Drums AKA Darbuka) which are played by hand (some with zills or tambourine)

Specifically, I used 2 ancient Arabian rhythms, the Masmoudi & the Maqsum, and 1 Ancient Pharonic Egyptian rhythm, the Saidi.... but it's a bit slow...

I haven;t used aduio editing in a long time, and I gone through several mixed the entire month... so... I'm still learning... this is my shorter mix. My longer mix is about 6+ min, and the orignial mixed are about 9+ min' long... too long...

As I have a DEEP love for VINTAGE Rolland TB-303 ACID Techno, I acquired Freeware Acid 303 samples, which I've reworked here.

If you would like to hear the other versions of this, check my Twitter or Tumblr "BlackUniGryphon".

I might also publish the loops, if anyone wants them.

Why this mix???

Well, I LOVE belly dance, and analogue folk music, especially world music... but, my 1st love is ALSO European Techno! I especially love the Roland TB-303 authentic ACID sound! And, I LOVE European Rave culture!

Tribal Fusion dancers have branched off into many fusion Genres, but I just got annoyed that everything HAD to be either Hip-Hop or Goth Industrial! Well.... I wanna RAVE, and I wanna belly dance! But, why ONLY Dubstep 2-step beats? And, WHY only 4/4 dance beats???

So... yeah... I'm keeping it simple... but, it's a start...

Experimental Techno...

I've gotten some positive feedback... so, maybe I can get some constructive feedback... keep in mind, I'm still learning... and I haven't done this in YEARS...
