Just something that I'm currently working on. I don't know if I'll add more to it, what do you think?
It starts off eerie and moves into more dubby parts later.
Drop is at 1:34, but you might as well start at 1:17 cuz that's what creates the effect.
If not even that, then the breakdown section is at 2:09~
So yeah, rate, review, comment, etc. But if nothing else, enjoy!

The rawr-ing seems a bit overpowering

but only sometimes. For the most part, this song is simply amazing. I definitely wouldn't have thought of something like this. Also, when the choir type parts come in, it reminds me a little of the Jaqcues de la Morte level in Timesplitters 2.

good job. 5/5, 9/10.

Haha yeah. People kept telling me I should make the drops louder, so perhaps I should emphasize different frequencies. I'll look into that~
Haha. Thanks for the compliment~ I still feel there's a lot more I need to learn tho xD. Thanks for the review~

Awesome stuff!

For the most part, I really enjoyed this, finding it would feel right at home in an 80's horror flick. Night of the Creeps immediately came to mind, but it wouldn't be out of place in Return of the Living Dead either. In that respect, you did an excellent job on this.

I do have to admit though, once 1:34 comes in, I didn't find the piece as powerful. It sounded too busy when compared to the opening, and that mood of dread was lost by the distortion. Don't get me wrong, it still was good, but it didn't mesh, sounding instead like it belonged in another song. The greatness of the first half makes me rate this a 9, but if that distortion were removed, and the rest of the music left in, I feel the selection would be much stronger, and would be a definite 10.

Great job overall though. Glad I happened upon this, and have just added it to my favorites. Keep up the wonderful work!

Haha yeah. Other people have told me that I should have just kept this as ambient/misc without the dubstep or distortion. But dubstep is just...so cool. xD.
But I know what you mean by the mood of dread was lost. If I can find some way to keep both of them then perhaps it will sound better~
Thanks for the review! I'm glad you liked it~
