I wanted to do a piece that showcases real instruments-the drums are real drums. The bass is a real bass guitar. The piano isn't acoustic, but I played it. I love all music. Picture if you will the theme to this: heading out on the town and painting the town red, and ending by crashing hard on the floor, right next to your bed.

For my father. Miss you so much. I wish you were here to see the musician I have become. Thank you for everything.

My solo project can be seen at www.reverbnation.com/albe rtplays. Sorry to promote-but that's what musicians must do to survive. That and cover bands...ha.

Truly amazing

This is a peace of epicness, I really can't find anything that is very wrong on this track. I first heard it when I was on holiday. I had one of these limited mobile internet services, I really could hear just one song.

I choose this one...
did not regret this

The piano was definitely amazing. The bass could have been a little louder, but I mainly listened for the piano, so...I liked it a lot. The drums were really good too. You're definitely a talented musician. Awesome song.

Love the sound

This song has a very nice touch to it... I can agrea with my best friend Stavier that this was kind of like won of those times you start to dance with a girl in won of those Disney movies... Good Luck on new songs

DragonX016 responds:

Thank you, good sir! I'm busy cookin up a funk song next-little more nutty drumming. Don't worry-I'm not done putting my stink on here yet!

That was really nice!!!

What made this better is that it was all hand played & recorded great. I think the drum volume could've been louder, but it had enough variety so no points off for that.

The piano was brilliant. It sounds like I'd be wantin' to dance with my girl in a bar in some kinda DIsney movie or somethin' when they all randomly dance :D At 1st I thought some of the sounded off at 2:17, but I realized with my earbuds they actually aren't.

I think the bass guitar should also have more volume cuz I didn't even know there was one until I read the description & put in my earbuds to hear it. It sounded wonderful, but I think it needs more volume to it.

Overall, nice song. Agreeing with the guy below, maybe some more melodies, but sayin' that this is jazz, you can't really add to much to it. I think your dad would be very proud of you with this song :)
9/10, 5/5, & Fav.

DragonX016 responds:

Thanks for the review! yeah the part at 2:17 honestly took me like 20 takes even though it's straight from 1 to 5/7 chords lol. By that point in the night i was more than halfway through a bottle of Jack...I'm lucky this turned out as well as it did (and that I didn't get the cops called on me for making noise till daylight lol). Ur right-the bass does need to come up a bit. Noted and edited.
