This is a collab between me and a friend. It's supposed to be a rap and I'm just getting beats and a progression down. I don't know which progression sounds best, so some advice would be great. Thanks. :D

Are you two using the same software?
Everything sounds out of time. Even when you just have the beat playing it sounds a little bit choppy. Experimenting is good though, so keep practicing and I hope your sound improves! I really think you guys just need to use better or more compatible software. I think the beat would be decent if the drums and piano fit together on the same time scale. Good luck!
Really? ... I kinda put the beat to what I had with the piano. Message me with something. I could show you the exact patterns I used. I made everything in time.......no doubt about that. I made sure I sliced where I needed to. Explain how it's out of time?

huh. . .
man i just dont know, the piano sounds out of time... and around 12 sec it sounds like you just dropped a new song in there... and at 30 sec it slows down.... pretty sketchy...
If you had...oh, I don't know..../read the description/ you would have seen that I was messing with the progression. Also, if the /title/ didn't help you, this is a Work In Progress. But please, tell me how it's out of time. I listened to it, and......I don't see it. Maybe it's cuz I work with a different genre or it's just my ear? Idk. Thanks though.
