Bioluminescent ripples, vague through the black depths of our primordial origins. We spoke in colors then. Flashing neon warnings. In this deep cold we made our own light. Trust no one. Fool everyone. The smooth ocean bottom. You'd know nothing of it. Search, search, float, float...time don't matter 'round these parts...

An older track. I worked on this, seemingly, so long ago with a close friend of mine, Chris. I sort of let him in to see what my work flow is like as I had never really done that before. That would make this a pretty personal piece as well. He played around on the guitar segments in the beginning and middle and they shaped the entirety of the track. I'm especially fond of the sound 'round 2:05 and on. I shaped them up and put effects on them while he was playing. I then played some guitar later on ('round 4:35). The melody of which and flow being one of my favorite segments of music I've made to date. The vibe is just right.

It was a fun experiment. I'd have wished we would've done some more together. It's an interesting feeling having two brains wrap their heads around some waves. He gave me some good feedback/ideas while we worked on this. Was good time. Totally sober. XD
