Fits the genre.
Very nice, I like the drum work. Since I'm listening to this through head phones I cant say too much about the basline, other than the fact that it sounds very bassy... I like that.
Your drum work is nice, you use patternization very well. But i'd like to see a little more variation in the pattern itself, not so much the cymbals. Like, every 4 beats, you could change it up. If your going to make a loop, make it as diverse and full sounding as you can possibly make it without making it distort. Thats where it actualy takes skill to make loops :P
So maybe add some nice 303 acids, maybe a small lead, maybe strings... at least something else to make this song sound a little more 'definate'.

Usable for the following.
Usable for city scenes
Usable for duels between gangsters of sorts.
sets an urban, getto mood effectively.
Or before the dual actualy starts, or something like that :)
