I'm soooo glad I'm not the only one doing electronic ska! Thank you!!

I absolutely love the bass line. I really like all the changes in the song style as well.

My only complaint is it's missing the super catchy part of ska. Basically what the horns would play normally.

Overall, very nice sir! ;)

not bad...not good...kinda leaning toward good...

I don't know theres just some parts of the song that just...don't work. Maybe it's the chord progressions you use or the bass or whatever crap is in there (you have alot of stuff going on in the song...which is a good thing :D). The beginning is kinda boring because you're only using like 3 chords for the synth and the bass is just playing something completely different so it didn't really fit. The middle of the song was good and sorta gave sort of a ghost chasey feel to it (if that makes sense). But it feels like you just jumped into the middle part. This would be okay if it were just like a movie or game scene but if you're writing this for listening purposes then I advise you bridge the two better. The ending sorta got really repetetive even with the occasional guitar string bend but you ended on a good note (ha! double pun >:D)Anyways what I would work on is making sure the bass lines feel more connected to the rest of the music. Also try being a little more variant in terms of what the music does. Other than that I don't know much about ska so in terms of musical style I'm not sure what to do but I hope you keep my comments in mind when you're writing your next song :)

TBC-x1x2x3 responds:

The bass in ska songs is different then the guitars alot of times. In ska, the focus lies somewhat on the bass. But you are right. Maybe I could have used a different chord program. You were almost right btw. The beginning has 4 chords. (at the 4th time, you hear 2 different chords). At the end of the intro, the speed goes up from 125 bpm to 180 bpm. It was a little experiment I was trying. I Think it turned out ok, but I won't do that too often in the future. The point of the audioportal is to share music for games and movies. (right?) The music I put here, is here for people to use in their submissions. I could record my music with real guitars, but that would give a whole different atmosphere to the music. I must admit, the bass is rushed on some parts of the song. I am working alot on the variaty in my songs. My older songs had alot of repeating sequences. That's something I still need to work on. Thanks for the review and your time. It was very usefull to me.
