Not bad.
This is pretty good, but there's one thing in particular that bugs me... You can barely hear the background beat at all. There's also this weird sound at a few points in the song that I can only describe as some kind of ding, but it doesn't work with the song. One is right at 0:44.

This is isn't too bad ad all. I can definitely see a talent for sound choices, but I believe there could have been more to the song. It sounded a bit light on it's feet, but I suppose that changes with experience.
