I pesonaly know the guy who made the original. In my opinion you improve opon it.

"Nice very nice"

Indeed :)

I found this piece to be very enjoyable.

The back-lead synth was very nice, also the strange loop... i dont know how to describe it... the one that kinda sounds like someones scratched over voice...

It was nice addon

The lead synth melody that comes in somewhere in the middle of the song was nice but i tad to quite, it fitted the song WAY to much to be that quite, a little loder would have been perfect.

All in all the piece was very nice, nothing too hard, the kind of thing that you can listen to no matter your mood and/or place

Critisism:
The intro was a taaad to slow.
And maybe you can add a cross over where the melody changes completly somewhere at 0:50.
It was too sudden and didn't bring me to the high that i would expect from a complete melody change
