Actually, the riff was semi-inspired by the "No Weddings and a Funeral" level from 'Gex 2: Enter the Gecko,' and seeing as the main character is a lizard...

It sounds similar
It's a nice sound, but it sounds really similar to your other submission, did you use the same synth and the same key?
Most of my songs are made with the same kind of style, but I try to keep them from sounding too alike. the answer is no and yes. No the synth is not the same, but it is the same voice. The truth is that this one is more beat-centric, so naturally the riff is gonna be a bit generic.
Glad you still enjoyed it, tho.

Cool!
I love gex!
I also love the kick and bass-ish sounds, where'd you get those?... those make the song! I wouldn't listen to this song on my ipod, but i would definately like it in a video game or cutscene or something.
Yay, a fellow Gex fan.
The kick is a modified "hardkick 2" in Sytrus, and the bass-ish sound is Total Brokenness (again from Sytrus).
Everything is default FL stuff, you just have to know how to work with it.
