Who would have thought that we would ever get to this point? I just went back and watched all the Madness toons and was transported back to that time in my life when Krinkels was just starting to animate. I had no idea that he would create such a following! Look how far he has come!! It's Madness!!

Anywho, here's the soundtrack for MC10, I hope you love it!

Relentless but so interesting! I normally try to be traditional when I make reviews because that's more of my background, but wow! I don't even know where to begin!

There are so many amazing ideas in all of the chaos, it's very interesting to listen to. The main critique I'd give is that it never takes a break, there is no cadence in the whole 9 minutes, and it keeps consistently loud pretty much the whole time. I'd say this makes sense if it's for a game, but as a piece of music I'd say it takes away from what it could be.

Another thing is the progression. Sometimes you would repeat an idea without variation and there would be a little drag at those parts, but then other times a brilliant idea would peak through and then never be used again. There are many interesting directions where things could go, and I think that's what make me like it so much.

Thanks!! The song is supposed to be relentless and I get how some slow parts with some awesome builds could have added something to the song but again, i didn't want it to stop... Maybe I will remix this song and add some of your suggestions to see where else the song could go. I also agree with the "hints" of other sounds coming through and then disappearing never to be heard again. I think that's one of the things I like the most. I want those parts of the song to make the listener think about other places the song could have gone. Maybe other people can remix this and explore those areas? That would be truly awesome! Thanks you so much for the comment!!!

I have to say...

I wanna give this a 9.5, but I think a 10, when it's rounded up, looks better anyway.

Well! Great song you've got here. The first thing that stands out to me, in the beginning, is how freaking INTENSE it is! I can see why some people feel iffy about it. I'm, personally, a huge fan of powerful beats like this, however.

Second thing is how you worked in Consternation and the CSoD into it. Nostalgia just really kicked in there once I heard it. Best part is that it definitely fit the video. I have to say, right next to the intensity, is how you make your Madness songs fit with the video.

I think the biggest part of it that people may not like is that it just kind of sounds like constant intensity that never seems to calm down. I'm not quite sure how to describe it verbally. But that's what I really love about this song. As everyone said, the Madness songs continue to improve. I also think a big part of what you're doing is making each song so very different from the last. The variety here is what I'm really noticing. Keep it up. By no means do you suck at this.

Dang! Thank you so much! I am also a fan of huge bassy beats. I could listen to just drums all day. I try to make music that I would listen to in my truck (and i do) and hope that other people will do the same. The incorporation of the previous madness songs was actually a comment from a fan here on Newgrounds and it was such a great idea! I love when people tell me what they want to hear. I hope that people continue that.... I also agree with you that the music does not let up. And that's something that I really wanted to do. I wanted this song, more than any others, to make the listener feel like things are not going to be ok in the animation, like something huge is about to happen. I hope that's what was achieved. Thank you for your comment!! I really appreciate it!
