This is the 4th top song from the suggestion box, it was on top for a long time till I announced I was going to do it. When it was first suggested, I wasn't really too big on this theme. But over time it grew on me and now it's one of my favorites. It's kind of the Kirby equivalent of Koopa's Road; dark, gloomy, and out of place in a game usually full of upbeat tunes.

At 5:36, this is now officially the longest GaMetal song. (Even longer than NES Medley #1)

In the middle of the week I was working on this, I badly sprained my thumb (nearly broke it) on my right hand which made it painful to grip a guitar pick or drum stick hard enough to play with. I pushed through the pain and finished the song anyway since it's been a while since the last song.

All instruments (Guitars, Keyboards, Drums), arranging and programming by Jonny Death. No instruments are programmed.

I remember after hearing this remix, having never heard the original before saying to myself "Man, this is awesome, I should find more remixes of this amazing track!" Sadly, I was disappointed by every. single. one. Many remixes get the mood of the original right, but none of them are actually mixes I enjoy listening to, just this one. Even now with all your amazing work out there, Jonny, this is by far my favorite, and for damn good reason. I hope you keep making music for years to come.

Oh man! I wish this was actually the game's music instead! If somebody manages to mod the game to play this instead they will be a legend of legends.

In a word: Epic!

In more than one? I'd have to say it's the third most-played song/music track in my collection of audio, behind AC/DC's 'Thunderstruck' and Rise Against's 'Savior' and ahead of " '11 Artificial Intelligence Evolved "
