cool!!!!!!!!
House // Electro // Glitchy // Olskool
I can't exactly say when I first started this one, but it's been at least over year. I maybe go back and add a few things, but at this point I might be kicking the dead hoarse. I also wasn't particularly happy with the drop I used, let me know what you think. Anyway, enjoy the nostalgia!
*Edit - Just a little fix up of a couple things, intro, drop, ect.
cool!!!!!!!!
Unless i'm not understanding something, there is nothing nostalgic about this piece, i'm sorry but this doesn't exactly fit the bill of olskool, unless you are meaning something else. More like electro/ pop.
RAD!
DUDE! That's an epic bass. :D
Love this. Keep it up, and thanks for the second comment on Abridged ;)

Well
To be honest, I think there is too much intro/outro for a 4 minute piece. This would be better if you revisted it though.
Also, not sure if it's intentional, but sometimes the electro lead would increase in volume unexpectedly. I personally don't like that, but if that was intentional and you want to keep it, by all means.
Overall a good piece, could be better.
Long Intro
The Intro was a bit to long for me. It felt empty with it just being drums. Though they sound good, it was a little to much of it. I like it as soon as the bass started. Then the drop hit and it was like POW! right in kisser, awesome. However, when it dropped all the instruments back out, I didn't like it quite as much again. Overall I enjoyed the middle part so much I think it makes up for it.
Sincerely,
Prex
I totally agree. That first minute is primarily just mix in time. To be honest I would have cut the intro in half but people have complained in the past for there not being enough mix in time for their sets. It's really a matter of play style so I completely understand if it doesn't fit your preferences, I personally have little use of it. And the same story applies to the mix out.
I know exactly how you feel, thanks for the review!
