Very, VERY interesting

heh, well...I practically gave you my thoughts on the song, but...just to clarify, this song is intense. Must've had a ton of automation clips, there's a lot of things to look for in this, the crazy glitches on the drums or melody, the overbearing pad in the background that never fails to give an eerie ambience, or the high pitch synth(s) that appear from time to time. It's kind of all over the place, but it's held together with the background pads that are only somewhat noticeable....and that's not a bad thing. I can't tell if that's an actual violin about halfway through...or just a testament at how good you're getting at sound design. Either way, cool stuff man. :)

InvisibleObserver responds:

Thanks man, I always enjoy reading what you have to say. The violin-esque sound is a synth made from synplant, each note in it has a different intonation ever so slightly and it gives it a humanizing quality, so I've made it a bit reedy.

Wierd but cool...

Sounds like you just created a whole new genre man, nice work!
Kinda reminds me of a track from Bomberman64

InvisibleObserver responds:

I don't think its quite new-genre worthy, it certainly is best defined as a mashup of multiple existing ones though.

Which level from Bomberman would you associate it to? I played that game an awful lot when I was younger. I'm pretty sure it introduced me to breakbeat music from the battle options menu screen.

Perfect.

This reminds me of somthing I can't explane it but for sure I really do like this song.

InvisibleObserver responds:

Kind of odd that its evoking a memory you can't explain.

Awesome

I love this song, it fits to a lot of things with his many type of sounds and noises. Especially the clock's noise, I don't know why but I'll like a song more than another if there's a clock's noise in. Also, the song make me feel like there's confusion somewhere. Anyway, I love it and I really want you to do more songs like these soon.

InvisibleObserver responds:

Prepare yourself for disappointment:

They are noises from a type writer, not a clock. Though the mechanics probably aren't too different.

I'll be uploading more songs in the near future, though I won't make any genre promises.

Music to my ears, unsurprisingly.

I love this piece of music. You mix up loads of things that if heard separately would sound impossible to make into a good track and you make something I could listen to for hours.

Also, a question I hope for you to observe, invisibly or not and answer, there is a slightly quiet tune running throughout most of the time, and it sounds familiar to me. Did you get the inspiration for it from another tune, or am I having déjà vu, because I swear I've heard it before, and would love to know. To give you a bit more of an idea of what it is, it is played alone at 0:09 to 0:12.

I think I speak for everyone that is (in?)sane on Newgrounds when I say "This is awesome!" Keep up the good work!

InvisibleObserver responds:

Thanks thank thankidy thanks for the praise.

I'll PM you a clip of just that soft ambient instrument playing, maybe you can tell me where it is from according to your preconceptions.

I don't think I've ever intentionally borrowed or written another's music into my own stuff
