"Technically excellent, but..."

Everything about the track was awesome, until the synthesized instruments for the actual reproduction of the song came in. The instrument that segued from the verse to the chorus of the Flying Battery theme was nice, but the rest was hard on the ears. It was enough to drop the rating from 5 to 3, unfortunately. But all is not lost. Replace the bad instruments with something better, and you've got a hit. It's that simple.

You had a great beat to it, and it sounded very clear. I especially like the beginning, with those wave sounds. And the voices were pretty cool, too. Haven't heard voices in videogame music before.
