The reason it repeats is, it's supposed to have vocals, I just can't sing. Listen to an instrumental version of any indie rock song and you'll notice that distinct sections repeat. These are called verses and choruses. I had uploaded a version of this with a pretty cool solo-ish riff-ish bit at the very end, but I'd mixed and mastered it just horribly. You know what they say: "Don't master your own music."

Miles Kane's "Rearrange" (the song that inspired this) has the same three chords repeating throughout the thing. He does have some pretty cool riffs though and the vocals are what completes the song.
I know for a fact that The Fratellis' "Whistle For The Choir" has the same chord progression throughout the song regardless if it's the intro, the verse or the chorus. It only changes a bit during the bridge and then it's back to the same progression again. It doesn't make it a bad song.

"Corkscrew Punch" is just the working title. I was uploading it and the previous title was "Miles Kane-y". I had to think of something different and I wrote the first thing that came to my mind that wasn't "tits galore".

The beat is one of the most basic rock beats. I'm not a drummer so I stuck to a tried and true value.

As for you not liking it, I can't please everyone.
