Imagine, if you will, a little birdy hatching on a Caribbean isle, opening it's eyes to the sound of steel drums and tribal beats... The groove catches it's little mind, and it begins to test it's new world in a fuzzy little dance.

EDIT: Steel Drums ARE here, and I'm SUPER happy! So, please, rate, review, and help me make it better.

Credit to Bob Marley for being the genre, and giving me a basis to work off of.

Enjoy, DANCE!

Changes; EQed by JasonHorecky (YAY! Check him out, he's in my favorites. :) )
Steel Drums addded. XD Still trying to find a decent sample though... :/

Steel drums are hard to find,

Aren't they? I've been trying to track some decent ones down for months xD I ended up using Sakura, but it's not the same lol.

ANYWAY. This is fantastic. But I have to say it does get a tad repetitive. And a few of your transitional chords sounded a bit off and/or out of place. Completely made up for though, this is a tasty jam :P

Thursday night....

I agree with the "Foundations" similarity.
Having said that, it is a nice cheery number, I liked the overall feel of it, but I felt like it lacked melody and the balance is a bit off.

There's a lot of potential in there though :D

Ok, now I HAVE to look up "Foundations". >.<

It does kinda lack melody, and the balance is off. But, hopefully the EQ patch helps fix that. Come back and hear again, and PM me with any tips off that? :)

Thanks for the honest review. :)

Sounds like Foundations (Kate Nash). I wouldn't call it reggae to be honest. Also you gotta work the mix actually hurts my ears :(

The actual musics' alright though, just need to master it properly. Keep trying!

Aye... My mastering is... A constant WIP. However, I'm uploading a new file soon that /should/ fix it up quite a bit.

Thanks for the review, and I'll have to look up "Foundations", as I haven't heard it.
