So, I recently watched through both seasons of K-On!! and along the way, this song was in of the last few episodes... And I liked it... So I decided to cover it... No vocals sorry, I've put guitars in place of the vocal melodies. But yeah... goes without saying, I did not originally write this, I'm not sure if Houkago Tea Time (Afterschool Tea Time in English, inversely the song title is "Tenshi ni Fureta yo" in Japanese for those that care) is an actual band, or if it's just fictional for the anime... but I'll give credit to them.

Although I won't complain if someone wants to put the actual vocals in, give me a shout and I'll send you the MP3 without the guitars playing the vocal parts.

The bass part in this song was surprisingly difficult... maybe I'm just rusty... but it took me for freaking ever to play a good portion of the bass lines properly.

thank you

i love this kind of music but people barley post any good general rock or classical rock music anymore 5/5 10/10 thanks

Back-From-Purgatory responds:

This song pretty much describes my view on music creation. Simple, yet effective. This is the way I like to write my music, and while this one is a cover... I am in the process of writing a song that has much the same type of feel to it.

Thanks for the review.

Good For a Cover... :P

The song was good In K-On 2 Last episode but The Anime it self is not a Real Band there main thing is being Seiyu for bunch of anime but they made a few single out of K-ON

K-on making an sort of OVA / movie soon with maybe more song but i don't think it last time we will hear of those Seiyu Behind K-on making music any soon

there also Bunch of K-on Cover on Youtube :P but if you keep going i think ul surpass those cover Artist without problem lol

Back-From-Purgatory responds:

I'd definitely check out a new OVA or movie should one be put out, loved the series.

As for more covers.. I don't have any plans to do any more K-ON!! covers... but I can't rule the possibility out either. There are still songs off the soundtrack that I quite enjoy, but if I'll ever cover them has yet to be seen.

Oh, how happy I'd be if I got popular enough that people started competing for being the first reviewer of new tracks... One day...

Awesome cover

Holy smokes!! IS that six guitars I hear being played at once?? O_O That is quite a few to use in one song but I think the band Bang Camaro has eleven people all playing the same riff on guitars at once.

The guitars sound very pleasing here. The bass line is simply adorable on this piece and I enjoy how relaxing it sounds. The drums sound precious here too. As for vocals, do they have to be female or can they be male as well? I like how the whole beat flows smoothly and carries a beautiful beat with it.

Overall, wonderful cover of a good song from a good show. Kind of like Lucky Star but with more music.

Back-From-Purgatory responds:

Bang Camaro only has 2 guitarists... they have 13 vocalists though. When playing live they all do their singing behind the drummer.

As for vocals, I would prefer female just to stay within the scope of the original song, but if a guy wants to try their hands at it, I won't refuse to give them the MP3.

Glad you enjoyed it.
