When I read the title, I thought it was a cover of Megadeth's 'Good Mourning/Black Friday' - I would love to hear a cover of that song.

Can't think of anything to sum it up
But anyway, I loved it...up until the piano solo, that just turned me off. Was original, but in my opinio, shoulda stayed with the loop. Or at least dumbed the pianos down so it didnt sound happy. But it had rythm, it had power, and it did the job. Next to that one single thing i dont like about it, it was great. And the spoken part reminds me of a Lamb of god song off of "As the Palaces Burn" forget which one, but its deathmetal to an audio clip of a representative of the united states government on the war on Iraq (fucking bush, hate it on girls and hate it as a president...) and although their is no growling, it feels metal. Solid track, very original, *whine about piano, blablablablabla* keep it up.

thanks for checking it out... I have crappy speakers and headphones for monitoring my music so it's hard to tell what it's actually going to sound like while I'm working on it... but I'm saving up for a soundblaster audigy 2 (or better) and some actual studio monitors. So, hopefully that will help, but I'm a ways off from actually getting those... just picked up some new shit though... a Pod XT Live and some Line6 software to be able to play and record directly onto the computer via USB so that will help quite a bit as far as the guitar and vocals are concerned. And I'm using a new program for the drums Beat Craft... (THANKS BAD MAN INC!) so the next song I do will be better in every way. btw I'm working on a cover of Opeth's song Deliverance... but I don't think I'll be able to upload it unless I do it in like 3 or 4 parts... it's like 15 minutes long and by the time I get it down to 4MB it might as well just be nails on a chalkboard.

Hm, interesting tune. The growl at the start is damn heavy man. On the one side, a bit of gore, on the other side melodics. Sound kinda weird, but fits quite well somehow to my suprise. The middle part reminds me a bit of Machine Head (Real Eyes,Realize,Real Lies on the album burn my eyes)
5/5 cause it's some heavy shit.

I tried to do something different with this song... it's like death metal, but it's got piano... and some almost numetalish riffs and then some spoken word... but yeah, I'm glad you liked it. Expect more cause I love making music... in fact I'm working on a cover of Opeth's song Deliverance... it's gonna be bad ass when I'm done (I hope).
