Hmm....

The first few seconds of this loop sounds very good with piano and pad. Really love that. However, as guitar kicks in, frankly, it kinda ruins all the nice things you have because 1.) it's very loud, 2.) it blurs all the other accompaniment you had. If it's a little softer and add some slide effect+reverb, it'd definitely sound better.

For the hihat, try to put that on the upbeat, instead of beat. It'd help to compel your song forward. A little of Equalizing the tune would definitely create unity of the song. I wish the song would last a minute though, if this is meant to be a loop. You might not want to have only 8 bar of loud guitar and go back to piano so suddenly.
