pitbulljones- spring (wip)

work in progress.

I'm looking for opinions with regards to development of this track, i have amelody line when i can be bothered to plug my mic in and i think it needs a groove, drumline. again something when i can pluck the courage up to do, nay, not courage the arsedness to do i will do, currently bouncing around after a 12 hour shift and 8 hours of wine. this track has 'something', i can't quite put me finger on it yet, i just like it. I think it has a bucket full of potentail when fully complete. if the mix is off again thats cos its not final. meh. i don't know, review it innit, ya winnit.

This is soothing as fawk.

Respect, I could fall asleep to this no lie. Keep up the good work. Somee constructive feedback: Bring in a new sound once in a while. I felt like I was listening to the same thing over and over all the way to the middle of the song where there was just a couple bells. I like how you used the violins or whatever those were in the background, it was nice, but I hated how they just stopped abruptly. I couldn't ask you to put percussion in it, because of the genre, but this could make a good trance song. Giving my two cents.

pitbulljones responds:

hey SRG,

thanks for the review. you make some very valid points. it needs a development, believe me, the melody line i have, i.e vocals resolves that issue. I also feel it needs percussion, a nice drum pattern, about midway in, just to bind the overall mix. I will say, i made this tonight/today depending on country, i'm in manchester uk, from about 4-6 am i made this lol, full of wine and after a harsh 12 hour shift after a another 12 hour shift. It is a work in progress and i intend to do more with it. my ears are dead tho, and i'm still without a proper midi control. You know something? I actually intended for the violins to drop, mainly cos there is guitar and vocal lines to be added, i didnt want to dominate my track with strings. I'm renowned on here for doing exactly that. again thank you for the review. I will get round to reviewing your song, i'm not a dudstep fan at all though, and so i may not do justice to it, i'll try though.

peace and hugs
