As Bass-Player, I love the Slap Lines in the first min very much =) But the overall Song is great itself!

Permission to use Blue Marine
Hi, first of all; this is an awesome song! Me and my co-students (game programmers) liked it so much that we actually used it in one of our bigger student projects (a game), and we would love to publish this non-commercial game, but with your permission only of course. You are credited on both the website (to be published) and in the game.
I hope that you're willing to grant us permission, as it would mean the world for us. Just send me a PM if you would like to try the game. I've tried to contact you both on Newgrounds and YouTube withouth success.

It's interesting and somewhat nostalgic
It does sounds like something from some games I used to play. A mix of adventure and battle to some extent. This can also be used for "build-ups to something". Though as you named it Blue Marine, now I am visualizing some naval traveling game, where you use a speedboat and it can jump.
