It's interesting and somewhat nostalgic
It does sounds like something from some games I used to play. A mix of adventure and battle to some extent. This can also be used for "build-ups to something". Though as you named it Blue Marine, now I am visualizing some naval traveling game, where you use a speedboat and it can jump.

Good Quality
I'm glad you were able to recover this from your USB. It reminds me of that pumped up arcade music you might hear when playing an old shooter like Mega Man or Super R Type.

Very smooth beat.
There is nothing else I can really say. It was a great listen, the loop transition was flawless, and I couldn't get bored of it (well, maybe if I listened to it for an hour straight, maybe.)
For an unfinished song, it deserves much more praise than I can give alone.

Great!
All around, i like how you keep a nice A contrast with various second melodies, with a recurring background rythms. This is truely a great piece of music.
