Here we go, the fourth installment updated and uploaded!

Now only the fifth and final part left (at a whopping 24m 46s). In other news, some more lyrics written for Legion so a few more tracks will hopefully be vocalized soon.

Enjoy!

Wow. Just...wow

I think that this belongs more in the classical or general rock categories (There should be a category for a blend of the two), but I found it anyway, and I'm glad I did! I think that you could have taken out 4:14-4:32 because it was weak and because that pattern was repeated enough afterwards. I loved all the different sounds you used, especially that startup/powerup/whatever sound (the one that starts low and ends high) scattered in there. The melody was good. It seemed like it was spur of the moment improv, not planned out, but it still worked. You used the instruments well and made magic with your music. You could have ended it at 6:24 and made the second half into a different song. It seems like this is part of a series, but this is the first one I saw. If the others are like this, you've got an album ready! There are a few parts you could cut, but other than that, this song was excellent!

Lashmush responds:

Thanks alot! Yeah, this is 13 minutes out of a 65 minute project of mine that I originally finished in 2010 but ever since the fifth parts been completed have felt needed to be remastered and in some aspects recrafted so the entire thing plays with the same standard of quality.

Also, yes, that was in fact a powerup sample. About ending it halfway, this song is meant to be a seamless 65 minute track with probably around 20-25 cue positions for quick reference. So in a sense, its many tracks and only one track at the same time. Especially in regards to the fifth part where I revisited lots of tracks I did in between 2003-2007.

I don't think its necessary to point out though that I work with tons of breaks and drops in my tracks. :3

Thanks for a great review!
