Avizura - Alpha Requiem [138BPM]

Please add me to your favorite audio-users! =) I promise I will make lots of other great tracks.

This is the full version of my "Requiem" track (on my pokerockmario account) and the second track in the Alpha series.
I worked 3 months on this, and then I took a long break, but yesterday I finished the track.
I made this in FLStudio 9.0, Reason 5.0 and Cubase 5.

Enjoy! Turn the volume up!

Pretty nice

has a really good and soft appeal to it. Could see it being used in an indie game, or simply in a space level as well. Really just like how funky it gets later on with the synth bass.

The synth and piano are both very nice sounding when put side by side as well. Kind of like a little playoff between two different piano players. The bass and drums give the song a full blast of chewy good flavor as well. I just have to say though that you did a great job with this piece.

Overall, great job. Would like to hear more.

Nice, very.

The piece shows very large amount of work being put into it. It is really evident that you were perfecting it.
You were creative, parts are not repeating too often and you have great crossovers between parts. It is also fluid and it has a great atmosphere.

I liked the 4 notes theme that is repeating, its addicting! four who come before the middle of the bar, and the 4 notes that come afterwards. sol - la - si - do, and then do - re - mi - la. the sound of those notes themselves was cute - a cute animal imagination crossed into my mind. (perhaps a cat?? or a bird?)
Great work!

Very good!

Not the biggest Trance fan, but this is pretty relaxing. The melodies and parts are very well thought out, love the rhythms, some of them are pretty interesting. Drums are nice and energetic. The piano and pads create a nice beautiful ambience. The break with the fade and low pass was beautifully placed.

Overall it's very flowing and extremely well thought out, good job, enjoyed it very much. (Review Request Club)

Nice

thq quality is surprisingly out of this world!
The bass needs to be pumped up, I can only hear it when the leads/ subleads aren't playing. The only thing is that bass, at around 1:39 was expecting some sort of re-verb kick in there. The bass comesback, but it overshadows the melody.
The song is lacking a balance of the bass.

Avizura responds:

The bass? Ah ok, but on my soundsystem the bass sounds pretty loud and if you measure the dB of the bass, it's much louder than the leads + subleads.
But I think the bass has more low frequenties than high frequenties, so if you don't have a good bass-speaker/box you won't be able to hear it that much =S
Anyways, thanks for the review!
