This is a remix of It's Complicated, a song I did a couple of weeks ago. I really liked Complicated after I composed it, but once I threw it back into renoise and added a drumbeat to go with the bass, I started to REALLLLY like it. I personally think that It's Complicated was a good song, but with this new intro and drumbeat, it sounds nothing short of absolutely f--king -SICK-

but now I'm tooting my own horn. I hope you enjoy it. Constructive feedback is welcomed and encouraged (even if you don't like it).

Very nice

Wow this has a great retro feel to it actually. Kind of reminds me of a SNES game called TOYS where you were locked in a factory for the night with random things to do without getting killed in the process.

The bass and drums flow smoothly together as they produce the beat. The synth and long notes are also good as well. I enjoy as the beat comes together that it all flows as one into one greater than usual retro beat.

Kind of makes you think a lot of old video games that some people might still play today. Good games, most of the newer games are good but can never capture the feel of the old games which is some old games help inspire some bands and everything of today.

Excellent work.

It really sets the scene you promoted in your title, It has that feeling of some Badass villain wrecking everywhere, and 1+ for the NES feel.
To tell you the truth I wasn't enjoying it very much up until the One minute mark, the sounds weren't very pleasing and the melodies were nothing too special, ut when the one minute mark hit I enjoyed it quite a bit =)

The thing that I like is that you managed to incorporate that sort of 'Modern' Feel with the NES, PS1 sorta feel, it really brings me back to some of the old games, my dad used to play with, that is :P
The transition into the 1:00 was very nice, it had that 80s feel :P

So the only bad things are that It wasn't very good until 1:00 and that it got quite repetetive, but the + is that it had nice effects and brought a nostalgic feel :)

so
8/10

This was the first song where I actually composed the main melody before I composed the intro, and I will admit that I kind of cut corners on the intro and the melody brought by it. I was very satisfied with the main melody and the outro, however, and yes... the effects too. I used the drumkit that I did out of more necessity than anything (since my toolset is very limited at this point), but I seem to have accidentally blended the old into the new and I think I should really journey more into that theme.

Thank you for the constructive review. It means much :)
