This is another of three battle themes I made for a shoot-em-up (vertical shooter) game that was supposed to be made for Xbox Live a good while back, but since the project has seemingly gone under, I've decided to relinquish the rights for these songs to be copyrighted and used in the game, and instead wish to post them here for all to hear for free.

Mr Ferrex...
This project didn't go under at all. I had to take a month off due to issues with my daughter (Somewhat important!) - during which Kevin was still being productive with graphics... so I had plenty to come back to when I returned. If you still want music to be used, get in touch - you know where I am. We're actually almost complete - going through a hard final push to get the remaining art in.
From what I understood however, when I proposed having the option for the player to select from two musical scores, you wanted to retract your music on the basis that it might never get heard?
Ultimately any musician or game artist will understand that not everything they produce will get used - however I cannot see the logic in retracting the rights to use your music. You'll reach a larger audience and of course, if I use them - you get a % of profits as originally agreed. This is cutting off your nose to spite your face, really :)
As you can see, the people want your music in game where it fits and that offer is still available - no problem you releasing tracks here AND in game now is there? Wider audience.... ;-)

It's a shame the project went under. I know I would've played it for the music. Hope your computer trouble works out.
