Sorry I think for metal this works a lot better when you ditch the 6/8 type thing and go straight for 3/4. Gives it kind of a pirate sound or whatever, and it makes the song a lot more badass without really changing it, just a different point of view.

Man, that was a great song! I find it a little too short and the intro could have been a little more original, but still a great song!
