Here's my remix of one of the most catchiest tunes ever!
It's a short remake in a sweet Sonic the hedgehog genesis style =D
I tried to make it sound as sonic as possible. Took alot of time ripping
sounds and extract synthesis data from the sonic games.
Made with a MadTracker because my parent's pc
can't handle heavier music programs.
I used an unregistered version of MadTracker which
didn't let me export better quality than 22050 =/

In the next Smash Bros in the 3rd party stages they should add 3rd party from other NES games. Like this awesome remix.

Splendid work, as always. :)

I would say you did an excellent job at making this song sound like it came from a Sonic game. The 22kHz frequency limit did not hurt this song at all. After all, the Sega Genesis couldn't render sound beyond 22kHz due to it's fairly-limited MIDI system. It could do 32khz, but this could only be accomplished with the Sega CD and its accompanying games.

At any rate, awesome work! +1 to Favorites!

Hello mackfoxx!
Thanks im glad you liked it, and awesome that there are also people like you
who know alot about old videogame music! =D
Yeah the quality should be enough for genesis music. But the ym2616 synths
were ripped at highquality. But oh well, most important is that it sounds
genesis enough in my opinion xD

Thank you very much for the review!
