i was contacted by "OfCourse" Here in newgrounds, who is person loving rain and thunder in calm combination. He did wish for another calm song with these elements in it and here it is. Song inspired by a person in love with the cooling, rainy part of nature.

So here you go "Ofcourse" one song that you requested so long time ago. Do excuse the long time it took to create.

"Some people walk in the rain, others just get wet. ~Roger Miller"

True Ambience

Way before I started writing music, I always liked staying inside on a rainy day with my guitar and imagining a whole bunch of things: What was it like for somebody else, somewhere around the world? You think of something else, more than just what's going on in your life, when you look at nature. Luckily for me, we get plenty of rain in the summer, springtime, autumn and winter.

This song, the pan flutes, the ambient pad and the rain fit in together very well. The shifts are with the atmospheric change: when the thunder is heard, the thought you have changes, even though the melody's message remains the same.

To think you could have made this more would be semi ridiculous, but you wouldn't expect me to not criticize this properly, would you?

Needs more instrumental variation and shifts. I said before that the shifts came from the atmosphere sounds changing, which is awesome, but a new musical idea from the instruments you have chosen would have made the atmosphere more. I'm thinking male vox, double bass and steel string acoustic with a bit of slap.

Bass. If you just bring out some more bass, allowing it to cover the panflutes, it definitely complements your sound.

This is a nice piece to sit and think to. Good work!
