Wasn't really sure if this qualified as jazz, ambient or new wave music... but i guess its a little of all 3.
Well its been forever since i posted any of my WIPs on NG, so here you guys go...
programs used include FL 9, Sylenth, Nexus, FPC, sytrus[not in current version], and 3xOsc. i hope to have this one done by the end of the week, but id like some constructive criticism on it. so feel free to give any suggestion as to what would make it better.
Things to do:
Second/Third melody line
second/third progression
overall mastering
effect rendering [uses up far too much CPU to include in current render]

Pretty sickk
Good work on quality, I think it needs to go somewhere tho, you know what i mean? also, the muted hi hats were kinda distracting at first. Id take them out or use a different sound and beat at first, sounds too random. I like the cool bass drop you used at :40. You should use some more of those. Hope you found this helpful :)
thanks, ill keep those things in mind, ive got some million hihat samples, so ill see whats better and less piercing. as for the bass drop, thats the only effect i had rendered at the moment. also, the body of the songs getting workied on today, so it should go somewhere pretty soon
