'Music box' segment created in Logic Pro using various pitched metal percussion instruments, all panned and quantized slightly differently. Orchestral segment written in Finale 2009, using samples from EWQL Symphonic Orchestra. Mixed in Logic Pro to 16-bit AIFF. Converted to mp3 in Audacity.

Inspiring

Listened to quite few tracks here at NG; but this actually made me sign up to comment.

Beautifully haunting and dark yet playful.

Definitely got that Elfman feel.

this song fits perfectly in to fable 2

That was Danny Elfman as well, wasn't it? (Well, that's a rhetorical question since you can't actually respond to it.) And Fable III had a music box track as well, which was quite nice. They definitely inspired me to write my own music box track.

*sigh* if only i had a music box that would play such amazing music...

great job! it's a lot of fun to listen to and picture little stories behind the melody :)
