I haven't submitted anything in a little over a month, and this is also my first submission of 2011. I was trying to make it sound like a sad moment, hopefully I was successfully, but I'll only know through votes and feedback. The basic idea was to see someone whom you are close to and either find them dead, or watched them die without being able to do anything about it. That's what I thought about in putting this together, again, I just hope it came out that way. I've been checking out different production software, and I may move on to start using FL Studio, not sure yet, but it might happen. I really need to start developing my ability more, and get things going, which is exactly what I plan on doing this year, turning possibilities, into reality. So, let me know what you think, I did a bit of tinkering with this, and believe me, this was the best version of what I came up with, there other two versions sucked badly. Thanks for listening.

EDIT: Removed Glockenspiel sound, I do think it sounds better now.

Beautiful song. The instruments sound very real. What do you use for the strings? How do you get such good legato? The only thing I think sounds odd is how the panning on the strings shifts. Otherwise the song is perfect.

11 out of 10

I'd give you more than a ten if that was possible! I was blown away by this. You truly captured the essence of the emotion you were trying to precipitate. What did you use to make this? I use FL studio myself, and I would highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

I'm working with FL Studio now, the program I used for this I stopped using. Thanks for the complement though. This song will forever be the last creation I have under that other program.

Wow! It reminds me of Dark Cloud.

Very nice! I really liked this. The bells were a bit distracting though. Please change that. The rest is beautiful.. Just remarkable the violin, the piano. The piano reminds me of Silent Hill. Please fix this. I will give you a proper review via PM when you actually give this the attention it truely deserves (ALL OF IT). Please fix the bells, Or take them out. This would be a great score for Silent Hill. Just wow.. Take the bells out. I know you trying to get a hope is gone effect, but please. Just take them out.. Lol. I want to download this. Take them out. Take them out. Take them out. Trust me :3 You will get a proper review through PM after you fix the bells :3

I'll have to make sure I can remove them, if they are a part of one of the main parts, then I probably won't, but I'll at least check. The program I use sometimes has blended sounds, but I think I may be able to take them out.
