The message of this song is as follows- The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Sometimes we spend so much time worrying about others, that we lose ourselves along the way. Or we spend so little time worrying about others, that we fail to find ourselves to begin with.

The samples are from some of my favorite movies.

What a masterpiece

I really like how the song transitions in the first 52 seconds, and how it later on combines with the first melody from the first 50 seconds. Then later on, it goes onto all sorts of interesting cool beats! But the coolest part is that I still feel emotion throughout the whole song. I can't find the right words to say (wish I was a better critique) but I had to write a review! Because I love it ^^ 10/10 very good job on this.

ABrighterShadow responds:

Yes, I understand exactly what you mean. It's repetitive and at the same time the exact opposite, thanks to the proper use of transitions. I made the song for the purpose of taking the listener on an emotional journey through the very depths of their heart and soul, I think that is what you are referring to. I can't thank you enough for the review.

Very beautiful

I've been listening to this song for about 3 months now, I just had to write a review. This song is just so beautiful, the intro to the outro, it adds a sad melody to it, but not so sad that it becomes overbearing, And that is EXTREMELY hard to do. You really need to make more of these. Because I know i would definitely appreciate it.

10/10

ABrighterShadow responds:

Thanks a million bro, I'm glad you liked it. I haven't uploaded much lately, but I'm currently working on a full length album which I will be uploading song by song as they are finished. It will still be trancey like this, but much more ambient and a heavy emphasis on the piano. Again, thanks for the review.

Thank you very much. This is the song I'm most proud of, mostly because of how much emotion I put into it. It's the reason I love music. Music is something everyone can relate to, so it makes it easier to get a point across.

A lot of people tell me this sounds like a happy song, but I made it to be a sad one, even tragic maybe. I'm glad you understood it's meaning and liked it.

ABrighterShadow responds:

Thank you very much mage. I am currently working on a song called The Resistance, it's similiar to this but with more piano.

And yeah someone probably just pee'd in antosik's cereal, and that's why he's all grumpy.
