What begins as a soft and final rest turns into a tragedy of wrath. I wanted to create a song with a light side trying to stay awake while the violent side slowly takes over. I created some strange emotion in the song, and hopefully people will like it more than I do.

The ending is the dying flute attempting to finish the main theme while it resides in its One Eternal Dream.

Enjoy ;}

A beautiful song that so eloquently meshes a will for something greater with an inevitable end of suffering. I chose it as an inspiration and theme for a dungeons and dragons character. This character will likely end up betraying every "good" person he knows for sake of power and a demented freudian love for his fey mother/captor.

I enjoyed this so much I hunted it down on the Internet. Very well done, congrats. One of the best tunes I've heard in a while. In my opinion, it has a bit of a bumpy start, but it finishes quite excellently.
By the way - just out of curiosity - did you know this is used in a Dwarf Fortress (modern ascii game) mod called SoundSense? It's how I found out about it.

so im just music archiving for my films, and i really like this tune, but i feel this is best for a fantasy action film maker and that isn't my genre, but i love it....i will music archive it regardless under (need to decide under which category: thoughtful, emotional, mystic, epic fight). this songs varies and switches from each, which i like and can be useful for scene transitions. ANYWAYS from a filmmakers perspective, id like to use this piece of music :)

nice piece

a very nice classical piece, has a relaxing "midevil" vibe. This HAS to be included in the new elder scrolls game :3
