The Silent Rapture - "The Age of Balarama"

Definitely made this for someone to use, so please do.
I can picture like the desert or some ethnic marketplace.

I think I captured the vibe I wanted well here.
As always, votes and reviews appreciated and returned.

Well...

Im loving the decay... as well as the strumed percussion of it. I also like the somewhat silent strings in the background of the song, hardly noticable, but without it the feel wouldn't be right. You really give a good feeling to this... Definately the vibe you were trying to make. 10/10

ShatterTheSky22 responds:

What an awesome review!
Feels good to know all the subtle effects worked. Thank you!

murph

"needs an instrument to accompany it"

there's an audible pad in there dood, but i get what your saying. my opinion is that this track is perfect as is. the opinion that this could use more instruments would simply lead to another project. i can hear all sorts of things that could accompany this but for what you were going for everything is sexily done. gratz dude :)

ShatterTheSky22 responds:

Everyone's got their own opinion so I can understand where that first review was coming from. But I'm glad you really enjoyed this--the whole review is amazing and made me feel wonderful, thank you so much! Like I said below, I actually have another piece that utilizes this instrumentation but with many more instruments and percussion; but it is a very different project. Thank you for the kind words my friend.

Diablo 2

That's what this reminds me of a lot, i have to agree this would do really well
in a production, probably a game imo.

Tricky doing powerfull ambient with so little, kudos to you for getting this so
right, i love it :3

ShatterTheSky22 responds:

Thank you so much! I haven't played Diablo 2 in years, I'll have to check out the music now to see what you mean. Maybe it'll be inspirational.
Many thanks friend.
