My very first submission to Newgrounds AND my very first full-length song rendered on FL Studio.

It's not much. Worked on it on and off; most of the work done on the weekends with a little equalizing here and there.

It may not be much, but I'm proud that I finished this work of art, and I hope you also enjoy this short.
Enjoy, please. :)

EDIT: Thanks for some of the votes, guys. It means much that at least SOME people on Newgrounds are out there to vote. :)

It's pretty nice!

What program did you use? Try make it longer (what she said) and more interesting (that means more cool effects and less repetitive stuff).

aryama5 responds:

I originally planned on making this twice as long as it is now, but I felt like I spent too much time on this one composition when I had, like, several other ideas up my sleeve!

I think I might extend this in the future, but it depends on how many more ideas I realize and trash later. :)

Pretty good, just not... excellent

It's pretty good for a first time, and I admit, it sounds good. Could use a bit of work here and there, but good.

good for first!

It was good for a first track, I'll give you that. If you want the score as a first track, I'd give it a 9 but as a track in itself it's a 6. The reason for this is because for being your first track you show understanding of FL Studio and music in general. There was nothing to say about that was bad. However, it was very repetitive and got boring after a while. It was nice little tune though, so keep it up I look forward to more from you down the road!

aryama5 responds:

Thanks for the very first constructive criticism. :)

Yeah... about the repetitiveness, I thought that was one of the key details of general techno and anything that branches off from that genre.

I guess one gradually mutating and repetitive lead doesn't exactly cut it, but I promise to incorporate a wider variety of leads in future works.

Thanks for the advice. :)
