Sorry for the silences at the beginning and end. Somehow, Audacity decided it needs to pad the end of the file and crop the beginning of the file. It's upsetting.
This song started out as an idea: "let's (let's being "me" in this case) make a song where none of the instruments are allowed to play the same note." It quickly became "make a song where the different tracks aren't playing any simple harmonies", and here it is.
In the "exporting" phase, LMMS got all cross at me for making it export things made with the neighborhood GBA sound chip emulator, so it got this great idea to sabotage my audio by I-Don't-Even-Know-What. I fought back, being the independent and strong person that I am, and hastily put together a set of oscillators for this situation. If anyone wants, I can take a screenshot of the waveforms I passed to BitInvader, or I can send the xcf file to those unlucky enough to be stuck with LMMS. (I love LMMS to death and it makes wonderful music but if I had a better solution I would use it. Half of the time I wish I could go back to Music Studio Producer/Independence, but MIDI support got broken with Windows 7 so now I hear 'note off' as about 10x louder than the 'note on' which is bad during a guitar solo and everywhere else).
These drums are fun to use. I ripped them from a GBC song (It must have been a pokemon song) and chopped them to resemble a hat, snare, kick, and (not present) tom. I assume GBC can only use one drum at once, and since I can't make music with my GBA this is the next best thing.
As always, I'm more than willing to share the .wav file or the .mmpz file, or anything used in this song, just ask.
