Sounds of Promo's and Trailers
Track 08 - Wee Willie Winkie
Genre: Horror

Made for the Halloween 2010 Contest (link below). This was a great little Trailer-sounding track I thought would be fun to do, since the Scottish Nursery Rhyme is rather frightening by itself to think a little boy is coming for you at night.

If you haven't joined the contest yet, you should think about it! Its very enjoyable to listen to all the halloween scary tracks!

Dark and interesting sounds

You have something pretty good here, it keeps you guessing what is comming next and thats kinda the best part of it, Now i must say this does have a dark and light side especially with the "CHILDREN" in the backround. atleast i thought so. but you presented a good feel to this with alot of effort on your part really making this come forward to something dark and the dark side seemed creepy, so on those notes i must say awsome job as you turned something very simple to something very differant yet the same, Anyways great job on this i was very pleased with the outcome.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Improving on this is kinda hard you did give it a dark feel, i think more backround stuff like with the children is a start to make it even better.

Fantastic!

This is one of the greatest and truly haunting songs I have ever heard! What makes this so good is how you consistently keep up the style of the unknown. It's most effective when you hear the sounds the little children make. I never knew a nursery rhyme could come up with something so dark. I mean, I heard of that stuff appearing in fairy tales, but not nursery rhymes! There is a perfect balance of mystery and madness in this masterpiece.

You are so much anticipating what's going to happen next. I love how you manage to capture the innocence of childhood and how it can be struck down. We can all take influence from someone as crazy as you. It's a great way to build up tension and it consistently makes you nervous. It may not be Halloween anymore, but the chills are still there.
