Easy Listening - Jazz

Author Comments

I've never done jazz, so I decided to play around with some chords and some melodies.

It's super basic and it sounds very midi-ish. Might expand on it someday, add some chords, do some better transitions, and add some fills. I don't know yet.

Anywho, enjoy. This style is pretty new to me.

Good for a first try, but I would like to see a specific kind of repetition from the sax, using the ending of the last phrase as the beginning of a new one.
Just a thought, overall I think it has great potential, I hope you do some more jazz in the future

Interesting try

The backing somewhat reminds me of FF7 :D.
In most cases the solo instrument fits the backing and those parts are really cool! But there are also some parts where it sounds really dissonant^^.
The run at 1:16 is a classic one ;)

All in all a nice try ;)!

Keep it up!

I've never played FF7, only 8 :D

Hm...dissonant? Wish you had mentioned where ;)

Thank you!
