Just testing out some pads and stuff. This is more of a practice song than anything.

Wondering in the dead snow of the world.

Turn the lights off, put on your best headphones, and close your eyes for the full experience.

Love it!

Ya know, I've been stuck in the "metalhead" mentality of using conventional instruments (at the craziest: keyboards and fretless basses) up until a couple of years ago and I would love to create ambient loops and stuff.

This is awesome. Any tips?

Ambient = Simplicity.

Try your best to create a few mellow pads and play some long, drawn out chords over them using other mellow pads. You can really experiment and crank out some cool things. This song needs work though haah its more of an experiment.

Nice

Reminds me of silent hill, you should add some bad radio static. :)

Well, I was going for something more experimental so I didnt want to put in anything that was from anything else but my mind. I just played imagery.
