One of my friends showed me Owl City, I said "I bet I can make a song like that!" minus the singing.
So here is a happy floaty feel good song!
Unfortunately my hard drive got wiped taking the FL file with it. So I can now longer change the song. :(

Very nice.

Very video game-y I must admit. I like the quirky melody with the chord progression. It's very simple, yet the loop is not tedious if you know what I mean.

I absolutely loved the last repeat when you blended both sections together. Very nice idea. The two melodies went well together. I don't think the build was good enough to be honest. I know you're making a kind of loopy little tune for BG effects and I like the idea, but there could've been some play in dynamics. Or you could've created a much bigger tension and release with that last section mixing the two melodies together with a pause or a drum break. That gives it a little more tension before the big release when the two melodies come in. You did use a small break in the middle similar to the intro - I think the better place for something like that is right before the big release.

I'm a little iffy with the use of that effect you used in the beginning (forgive me, I have no idea what effects are called by name), but you employed quite a lot of it through the tune and I'm not sure it's necessary, but then again that's more a taste thing.

Also, I think you could use a slightly different sound for your louder melody, the first one introduced. The one right now may be a little too fluctuating in definition. If you hear it back, it does tend to diminish a little when the notes bounce around so much. I'm not sure what effect you've got on that thing, but the note quality tends to move around too much. So when coupled with the second melody at the end, it doesn't quite stand out that much.

I hope you mess around with this little thing a little more (the idea of it I mean, not the actual file because I see you've lost it) and play around with different mixes and different sound textures.
