A remake for my favorite Mike Oldfield song. It took me forever but easily worth a listen

Awesome

Reminds me of maplestory for some reason, but the song is awesome nonetheless. I also have FL Studio 6 but I can't make great music yet :(. Is it (practically) mandatory to have a musical keyboard connected to your computer to be able to make great songs?

Flashburn responds:

none of my songs were made with a keyboard, all with piano roll.

thanks for the review

it's good

I wasn't real fond of the beginning, simply because the piano hadn't matured yet. It sounded bland and dry, but once the song progressed, it actually went from not so good to beautiful. You exercised that really well for starters.

As for when the song progressed into a whole, I must say that I am a fan. I never heard the past song in which this is based off of, but I'd have to say this is evidence that the song could be awesome one way or the other. All of the synths and piano work were top notch, and the intro of the saw was a delight. It didn't ruin it too much. It could of been a little bit toned down or you could of used a different saw to support that melody.

So, yeah...

Very nice.

I liked it alot, I always enjoy piano melodies. In fact! You've inspired me to make a piano driven song. Maybe I'll call it Flashburn :P Good stuff man
