Hello good people,
It's been a while since I last uploaded something classical. So I hereby present to you my latest creaton: The Journey. This took me quite a few hours, all within a day's work though. Hope you guys like it and really appreciate any feedback given.
I tried to make a nice adventurous and slightly epic film/game score this time.
Technical stuff:
Software used: Sonar 8 Producer Edition
Tempo in bpm: 140
Time signature: 4/4
Key signature: D minor

Great work
The song feels like a preparation for war instead of just a journey (at least for me), maybe because of the drums. I also feel a sense of urgency, something important that needs to be done.
I'm not a song writer though, so I can't comment on the technical stuff. Good job.

Nice job
Set the "Journey" Thing up quite well. mainly shown with the percussions. Good for one of those journeys across a great beautiful land, vast fields and such. It does what it's meant to do, and does it well. Great job

It's really interesting how different people set the word "Journey" into music (myself included^^).
I like your concept and selection of instruments.
The background drums are somewhat nervous to keep it going :D, I like that (although the rythm too random at times)
The Part beginning at 1:24 is for me like a moment of decision or a waiting for something.
All in all a very nice and epic piece of music :D!

Yeah, I guess 'Journey' isn't really an original title, but I though it fitted the song well enough. =p
The drums aren't top notch in this song, but I've tried to improve this in later songs. I'm usually too lazy to update my music, unless it's really necessary. I do take all feedback serious though, and I try to take it into account in future songs.

Great stuff!
This is very nicely composed, it gives off a professional and suitably epic feeling while retaining enough simplicity to not mar it's creative beauty. At some points some setpieces feel too silent, but all in all that does little to alleviate how nice this song actually sounds.
I most certainly want to hear more of this, keep it up!
